Nineteen89.co provides returns for all items (except Best buy/SALES/Discounted Items and intimates)

Returns must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

We reserved the right to reject any returned item if it does not meet all mentioned conditions.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.

Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

A processing fee of RM3 will be charged per item returned. For example, if the returned item costs RM100 , you will receive a store credit of RM97.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?
A: We offer free shipping throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM100.
For orders below RM100, the shipping fee will be charged at flat rate basis: RM7 (West Malaysia) / RM10 (East Malaysia)

Q: How long will my order take to be sent out?
A: For ready stocks order, payment made BEFORE 11am will be sent on the same working day after your payment is being verified.
For payment made AFTER 11am, we will send out your parcel on the next working day after your payment is being verified. For backorders, we will send out around backorder’s ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Q: How do I track my order?

Q: How long will my parcel arrive at my doorstep after being mailed out?
A: It depends on your location and area courier service efficiency. For West M’sia, your order will take approximately 1-3 working days. For East M’sia, your order will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep.

Q: Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?
A: Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us.
You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully.
All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5 working days.

Q: Do your provide COD/ Self Collection?
A: Yes, only in Bukit Jalil area upon appointment – our customer service representative will contact you for more details when you select this option.
